Starbucks Coffee Store #5632, located in Pacifica, California, commissioned Mary Moseley to create a mural in celebration of the store's 5 year anniversary.

The Challenge:  How to create a mural that captured several critical elements: 1) the physical beauty of Linda Mar Beach, Pacifica, (A beach on the Pacific Ocean that is rimmed by mountains.  2) the agricultural history of Pacifica that once was artichoke fields.  3) the essence of a small town beach community that Pacifica, California represents.

In addition,  as part of the stores remodel (new paint and carpet), Starbucks corporate color palette was an important factor to ensure that the mural would blend with the look and feel of Starbucks corporate store vision.

The Artwork:  Mary proposed a 1940's style vegetable box label.  This concept enabled her to incorporate all the important elements (Pacifica's physical beauty, its agricultural history and it's small town feel) in a vintage style label. The mural was infused with an "out of time" style that captures the essence and spirit of the community.

In the Granmen's home in Half Moon Bay, California, Mary Moseley was commissioned to create a mural in a room that overlooked the Pacific Ocean and was designated as the library.

The Challenge:  How to create a mural that complemented the leather furniture, brass fixtures and classic books as well as the incredible view from the windows.

The Artwork:  In meeting with the couple, Mary was able to define what details were important to each individual and combine their priorities with her unique artistic style.  She created a place in their home that is technically the library but is know known as "The Sanctuary".

Zoë Support, Inc. is a nation-wide sales and marketing company that has in-depth knowledge of and intimate relationships with Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOC) and Independent Operating Companies (IOC).

In an extremely difficult telecommunications market, One Compass was able to assist Zoë Support, Inc. in launching itself as a unique service provider within the telecommunications industry.

The Challenge: A look and feel was needed that would grab the attention of a traditionally conservative audience and at the same time, instill confidence.  With compressed time-to-market as a cornerstone of the services that Zoë Support, Inc. provides its customers, in addition to swift response,  a logo that illustrated both concepts was required.

The Art and Solution: Working with decision-makers in several regions of the U.S., a primary contact was established to garner feedback from the team. The creation of a logo, brochure and web site was designed to meet an aggressive customer presentation schedule and trade show deadline.

Delivered on-time and within the allotted budget, One Compass was able to provide Zoë Support, Inc. with the tools required to get noticed and be successful in a demanding market place.
